Service and repairs are performed in our store. Our mechanics have been factory-trained by Pfaff, Janome, Bernina, Viking, Singer and Necchi. Average service time is one week or less.

Sewing Machine Service includes:

• Evaluate function issues noted upon receiving machine
• Adjust bobbin tensions
• Adjust upper tensions
• Adjust stitch balance
• Adjust check spring operation
• Adjust needle bar and hook timing as needed
• Check bobbin winder & stop
• Check buttons, keypad and touch screen (when applicable)
• Check and correct any abnormal noises
• Clean interior, exterior of machine and check for damage
• Check Sewing lamps
• Check Running speed
• Check thread cutter (if applicable)
• Lubricate (if applicable)
• Adjust button-hole sensor foot (if applicable)
• Check needle threader (if applicable)
• Check foot control (if applicable)
• Sew test samples (embroidery if applicable)
• 90 day warranty on all the work performed

Vacuum Cleaner Service includes:

• Replace standard filter (specialty filters not included)
• Clean all moving parts
• Clean gaskets
• Grease roller bearings
• Check electrical systems
